Because our treats are consumable products, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened. However, your satisfaction—and your dog’s happiness—means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis. For wholesale and partnership orders, custom return arrangements may apply and will be detailed in your agreement.
