Because our treats are consumable products, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened. However, your satisfaction—and your dog’s happiness—means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis. For wholesale and partnership orders, custom return arrangements may apply and will be detailed in your agreement.

  • Shipping Rates: Flat-rate shipping applies to standard orders within the U.S. Final costs are calculated at checkout. Wholesale and bulk orders may qualify for custom shipping rates.

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we ship within the United States only. Please check back soon as we work on expanding to more regions.
